Fitmetrix subscribers experienced a service interruption to Fitmetrix Web, Trainer Portal, and Admin Portal on December 4, 2020, from 9:11 PM PST until 9:21 PM PST. Subscribers may also have experienced a service degradation when using In-Studio solutions from 9:11 PM PST until 9:21 PM PST. We have successfully implemented a fix and all services have been restored to full functionality
